Who am I ?
In 2009, I traded textbooks for tasting spoons and enrolled in Accademia Chefs Scuola di Alta Cucina Professionale in Florence, Italy. After a year of rolling pasta and perfecting risotto, I took my knives on a culinary tour through Moscow, Barcelona, Istanbul, and New York—serving as a private chef for families who love good food and hate doing dishes.
These days, I call Vail, Colorado, home, where I cook regularly for three amazing families. And now, whether it’s après-ski or a summer garden dinner, I’m opening my kitchen (well, yours) to more homes across Vail and the surrounding area.
